Measuring your dog accurately is very important in ensuring that your robe fits well. To measure, start at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades to the base of the tail. We recommend using a tailor's tape or length of string that you can then measure with any household measuring tool. If your dog is between sizes, size up.
We offer exchanges in sizing for 7 days from delivery, provided the robe is unused and still has the original packaging. You may try the robe on your dog and switch it out if you need a different size. If you'd like to exchange your robe, use the chatbot in the corner to pay the $14.99 shipping fee. Please select your size carefully using the sizing chart and check that you have selected the correct size when checking out. This product is not elligible for returns.
In regards to color, please note that every device renders colors slightly differently, and the color of robe you receive may not exactly match what you are seeing on your screen. Returns on the basis of color will not be accepted.
